In accordance with the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, we address social issues such as climate change, biodiversity, discrimination, and poverty through our business activities, with the aim of realizing a sustainable society.

This policy applies to all directors, officers, and employees of the VISION Group.

We work in cooperation with the VISION Group, suppliers, and other stakeholders and engage in ongoing dialogue to prevent human rights violations.

Human Rights Issues Related to Business Activities
We respect the human rights of all people connected to our business activities, including local communities, customers, employees, and business partners, and will never engage in discrimination or harassment based on race, nationality, gender, origin, disability, religion, beliefs, or other factors, nor in any conduct that violates privacy.

Remediation
If it becomes apparent that any of our business activities may infringe upon human rights, we will promptly investigate and endeavor to provide remediation by taking appropriate measures.

We will continuously provide education and training to employees so that this policy is understood and embedded throughout the VISION Group and across all workplaces and business activities, with the aim of ensuring that every employee fully understands and practices respect for human rights.
