Vision Group Sustainability Basic Policy

The Vision Group upholds “To Contribute to the Global Information and Communications Revolution” as its corporate philosophy.
Guided by this philosophy, we position sustainability initiatives as an important management priority and pursue management with a strong focus on sustainability.
Specifically, we aim to contribute to the global environment and achieve both a sustainable society and economic growth,
contributing through our business activities to the universal goal of “sustainable growth.”

Sustainability Committee(Management Structure)

To enhance corporate value over the medium to long term through prompt and appropriate responses
to ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) issues, we have established the Sustainability Committee, chaired by the President,
Representative Director and COO. By having top management take the lead,
we aim to achieve highly effective sustainability management.

Key Roles and Topics of the Committee

  • Strategy and Target Setting

    Based on the needs and expectations of society, we identify the sustainability material issues (materiality) that the Company should address and formulate specific strategies and KPIs to achieve them.

  • Management of Risks and Opportunities

    We comprehensively identify climate-related risks and opportunities, including scenario analysis based on the TCFD recommendations, as well as issues related to resource conservation and social risks such as human rights and human capital, and discuss appropriate management and response measures.

  • Implementation Support and Monitoring

    We continuously monitor whether the measures that have been decided are being properly implemented and managed by the relevant Business Execution Divisions, including the implementation of human rights due diligence based on our Human Rights Policy, such as the assessment and remediation of human rights risks.
